We will never be well or happy unless we start to actually do the things necessary to get to that goal.

“I can never be well until I am happy, I can never be happy until I am well, but I want both fast, with little pain and little price.”Have you heard words like these before, or perhaps even thought this way? The truth is we will never be well or happy unless we start to actually do the things necessary to get to that goal.If we stay on the same path we have always turned down, we will always end up in the same place.

There are those who would like to wait for a bluebird to come in and land on their desk, bringing them a lasting bundle of fulfillment and peace. These same souls would like to go to a doctor in search of a pill or treatment to restore abundant health and vitality.

Life and health is a mission given us from our Heavenly Father. If we sow seeds of good health every day – a healthy spine and nervous system, natural foods, physical activity, positive thoughts, personal devotions – we will reap bountiful health.

If we sow seeds of happiness every day – sincere love and understanding of others with service to mankind – we will reap what we have sown: real happiness and joy.

As we begin each day anew, I challenge you to honor the mission God has placed before you in maintaining your health: health of body, mind, and spirit. If our office can assist, please call (864) 292-9853.
