Symphony Orchestra Augusta and the American Red Cross – Augusta Chapter are partnering together to raise monetary donations to help survivors of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami. Maestro Shizuo Z Kuwahara and musicians of Symphony Orchestra Augusta will present a benefit concert on Sunday, March 27, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church located on Walton Way Extension. The concert will also feature possible collaborations with Fort Gordon 434th Army Band and Wycliffe Gordon, to be confirmed.
