Reducing Your Weight Using Pencil and Paper

Yes, what I say may sound strange but it is very much true that you can reduce your weight using paper and pencil.

To tell you how it works, firstly I need to narrate my experience as to exactly how it helped me to reduce my weight in just six months.

Actually since last 4 years i was desperately trying to lose my weight but as it happens with everyone i too was ending up without any result, sometimes even gaining some Kgs rather than reducing, this actually frustrated me in my life.

I almost tried everything like:

  1. Eating less
  2. Eating non oily food
  3. Morning Walk
  4. Joined Gym
  5. Weight loss Ayurvedic tablets

But literally nothing helped me, even I remember my gym instructor telling me “maybe there is something wrong with your internal system which does not allow reducing weight and I can’t push you more so rather you accept your weight”

Still I continued my efforts with new techniques, I even visited some well know health clinics , but the type of diets they suggested and the fees they were charging I realized that they are not of much use to me considering my small budget (I am not against any health clinic centers or grooming centers but i do feel they charge too much)., and then it was as in the beginning of 2009 that i decided to make it my New year resolution and actually wrote it down as to exactly what i need to achieve in terms of Weight Target and what sources i have and how much i can spend, i was rather sure that i am not going to make my family take extra efforts for me by purchasing expensive food or prepare separate food for me….because i think that biggest drawback in these things is that when your family puts efforts for you then you do reduce weight but only till the time they are around you to work for you, but what if when you are out of town? or when those specific foods items are not available?….so i made a list of all these things and decided to assess these things as to how should i consider them during my weight loss program.

Once i was thorough with the strengths and weaknesses around me or in me, i started preparing my own diet, which included something which i like, which can fill my stomach but at the same time will ensure that it is not filling me with Fats.

Further, I found out this golden rule in weight loss” For reducing weight you should focus only on two things:

  1. Remove that fat which is already present in you body
  2. Don’t allow additional fats get in two your body

Now, there are number of techniques which will ensure that these two things are very much possible, and i am not giving all those techniques here because i strongly feel that it is necessary that people should explore their own food items as to how they can make their present food items help them to reduce their weight rather than going out and trying something new and odd which may work but may not give sustaining results.

I know many of you may feel as to why I am writing this article here, because when I started to work on my diet I was really not sure as to how far I am going to succeed but in 6 months I was able to reduce 20 Kgs with paper and pencil technique and in next six months I was able to maintain my weight at that point without paper and pencil technique or without anyone’s help as such …many of you may even ask that what if you regain your weight with this technique to that I would say, So what ?,now you have the technique and you very well know how it works for you!!.When i see people struggling with their Weight or waste lots of money on some non workable weight loss techniques i really feel sad because i have gone through this phase so i hope this article help at least to some extent to all those who wish to achieve their desired weight, so i thought of sharing my weight loss experience with all those who want to reduce their weight.

To end with I would advice don’t reduce weight to prove any one right or wrong about yourself, just reduce your weight because you care for your body and health, Eat Right & Stay Healthy!
