Healthy Popcorn Snack
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ cup organic popcorn
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
- 1½ – 2 teaspoons sea salt
In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt the coconut oil on medium-high heat. Add one kernel of popcorn and wait for it to pop. Add the remaining popcorn and turn the heat to medium-low. Cover the pot, but leave it cracked open on one side to let steam escape during popping.
