Wow, it has been a while. I would say easily since early last December. I am going to make an effort to put up a new video every day.
You can see how well that worked last time. I need your help, encouragement and prayers! I weigh in tomorrow. I am guessing that I am easily at 450. If I am below that I will consider myself blessed.
