Rick very generously wrote up a meal plan for me for the next few months. He included EVERY detail! Here is today’s plan!

I had a little variation on lunch with chicken, smoked turkey and Mashed Potatoes and no Gravy.

Also, dinner was a bit off too because of meeting with some friends. I am looking forward to a full day of sticking with it tomorrow!
