Episode 23: Halloween Horrors!

Episode 23Before you say anything I understand that the picture on this post is the same as a previous one. I tried to upload a new one but WordPress was giving me fits! I wanted to get it up so I just went ahead and posted it. I will work on getting it done tomorrow.

Here are my meals for the day:

Breakfast: Steak, Eggs, 2 Biscuits a little bit o’ gravy (I gave the rest to B. Schlarb)

Mid Morning Meal: Kellogg Protein Bar

Lunch: Meatball Sandwich, a couple tortilla chips with some spinach dip and WAY to many Sugar Cookies!

Dinner: Grapes :-)

I am also looking for some high activity volunteer opportunities to post on giveitaweigh.com. The goal here is to give back and lose weight at the same time. We will be posting more information later. We would love to have you be a part of this.
