Here are my meals for the day:
Breakfast: Whole Wheat English Muffin with one egg, one slice of provolone cheese and 3 slices of ham.
Mid morning: FiberOne Bar
Lunch: Grilled Chicken and a Spinach Salad with vinaigrette dressing!
Mid Afternoon: Apple/Mini Rice Cakes
Supper: One McDonalds Hamburger, Apple and Walnut Salad, Yogurt Parfait
