Breakfast: Killer good, Whole Wheat English Muffin Power Sandwich!
Mid Morning: Protein Bar. Rice Cakes
Lunch: Steak strips with Rice
Dinner: Ribeye with whole grain roll and a slice of Provolone cheese.
I hope you guys have a great night and I can’t wait to see you tomorrow! We will be making some changes next week so look for some exciting new changes!
