USA Team Handball Collegiate National Championships to Be Held in Myrtle Beach in April

USA Team Handball has selected Myrtle Beach as the site of its Collegiate National Championships, to be held April 23-April 25. The championships are expected to attract athletes from men’s and women’s college teams across the country. Spectators may watch the matches free of charge.

WORLD SOCCER Tour Selects Myrtle Beach as Site of 2010 World Cup

The WORLD SOCCER Tour, one of the nation’s largest three people versus three people (3v3) soccer tours, announces its inaugural 2010 3v3 World Cup Championships to be held in Myrtle Beach Aug. 6-8, 2010. This national championship for players of all ages and abilities is expected to attract between 1,000 and 2,000 athletes and several thousand spectators from throughout the country to the newly renovated Grand Park in Myrtle Beach.
