Hey Guys, it feels good to be back! Thank you for being a part of this with me!
Meal 1: Protein Shake
Meal 2: .5 can of tuna with whole wheat bread
Meal 3: Chicken and Salad
Meal 4: Tuna and Fiber one Bar
Meal 5: Grilled Talapia and 1 cup of Brown Rice Steamed. 1 tsp of Flax Seed Oil ( it was nasty)
