Polk’s Fresh Market and Trotter Promotion announces the opening of a weekly year-around Saturday Gift Market beginning Saturday January 23, 2010. The Market will be located in our covered garden and will house over twenty art, craft and specialty food vendors displaying their products and services for not only residents, but tourists visiting our city. Polk’s Fresh Market has provided fresh local traditional and organic produce for over 60 years in Savannah. This is a natural location to now provide a weekly gathering place for Savannah’s talented artists and crafters as well as specialty food vendors. Hours of operation for the Market will be from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm every Saturday. Polk’s will remain open during their regular Saturday hours from from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm. For the Grand Opening of the Saturday Market Polk’s will provide live music, an oyster roast and award winning BBQ.
