In the past Forskolin was used in Ephedra products. It has historically been used to help lower blood pressure. So many products that caused an increase in blood pressure used Forskolin to help counter act the increased blood pressure. Forskolin is found in the roots of the Indian Coleusplant.
How Do You Take It?
When you take forskolin products by mouth, it can be used to treat allergies, skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, obesity, painful menstrual periods, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), urinary tract infections (UTI), bladder infections, advanced cancer, blood clots, sexual problems in men, trouble sleeping (insomnia), and convulsions. People also have been to know to inhale Forskolin to help with asthma. There isn’t really any proven results to support this. People aslo use Forskolin drops in their eyes to help Glaucoma.
