Additional Tips:
- Change your socks twice a day.
- Dry your feet well after washing.
- Wear absorbent socks and shoes that are breathable.
- Rotate your foot wear and never put on damp shoes.
- Don’t forget to put Sunblock on the tops of your feet.
- Use lotion on the tops and bottoms of your feet, as well as dusting powders.
