Additional Tips:

  • Change your socks twice a day.
  • Dry your feet well after washing.
  • Wear absorbent socks and shoes that are breathable.
  • Rotate your foot wear and never put on damp shoes.
  • Don’t forget to put Sunblock on the tops of your feet.
  • Use lotion on the tops and bottoms of your feet, as well as dusting powders.
